01 Introduction

03 Acceptance of Terms

The PKR444 name, logo and brand identity are the proprietary trademarks of PKR444. You may not use our trademarks, trade name or branding in any way without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

User-Generated Contributions

Where the Platform permits user submissions (such as comments, feedback or queries), you grant PKR444 a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify and publish such submissions for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform. You warrant that any submission you make does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
